1. Introduction

Vaccination Tracker ("we", "our", "the app") is an offline, informational immunization schedule organizer for families. It lets parents and caregivers log their children's vaccine doses, follow country-based immunization schedules, and receive reminders for upcoming and overdue doses. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our mobile application.

Vaccination Tracker is offline-first. All of the information you enter stays on your device. There are no user accounts, no sign-in, and no cloud sync. We do not have access to the children's records, vaccine logs, doctor details, or photos you store in the app.

By using Vaccination Tracker, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide (stored only on your device)

You may enter the following information, all of which is stored locally in an on-device database and never transmitted to us or any third party:

• Child profiles — name, date of birth, gender, country/region schedule preset, and an

optional profile photo

• Vaccine and dose records — administered/skipped status, administration date, batch

number, and notes you choose to add

• Doctor / clinic details — name and any contact notes you optionally save
• Reminder preferences — reminder on/off, reminder time, and lead-time choices

(1 month / 1 week / 1 day before a dose is due)

• App settings — selected language and theme

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

We do not collect analytics or usage tracking ourselves. The only automatically processed data comes from the advertising and consent components described in Section 5:

• Advertising identifier and ad interaction data — used by Google AdMob to serve ads to

free-tier users (see Section 5)

• Approximate, coarse signals — Google AdMob may infer an approximate (city/region-level)

location from network information to serve relevant ads. The app does not request or use any device location permission (no GPS / fine or coarse location permission is declared).

2.3 Information from Third-Party Services

Vaccination Tracker has no sign-in or social login. We receive no information from any identity provider. Google Play handles purchase verification for the one-time premium unlock; we receive only your purchase/entitlement status, not your payment details.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information stored on your device to:

• Display each child's immunization schedule and dose timeline
• Compute due, due-soon, overdue, done, and skipped statuses from the date of birth and the

selected country schedule preset

• Send local reminder notifications for upcoming and overdue doses
• Generate a family-share PDF summary (premium feature) on demand
• Display advertisements to free-tier users (via Google AdMob)
• Verify and unlock the one-time premium purchase (via Google Play Billing)

We do not use your children's health records for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond the app features above.

4. Data Storage and Security

4.1 Local Storage

• All your data (children, vaccine doses, schedules, doctors, reminders, settings) is stored

locally on your device in a private Room (SQLite) database and in app preferences.

• Profile photos are saved in the app's private internal storage, accessible only to the app.
• This data is not uploaded to any server controlled by us. It is included in your

device's normal Android backup only if you have enabled device-level backup in your Android settings.

4.2 Cloud Storage

Vaccination Tracker does not provide cloud storage, cloud backup, accounts, or cross-device sync. No version of your in-app data is sent to or stored on our servers.

4.3 Security Measures

• The app requires no login, so there are no passwords or credentials to protect.
• Any network communication that does occur (ad requests, consent, purchase verification)

uses HTTPS/TLS encryption provided by the respective Google services.

5. Data Sharing

5.1 We Do NOT Sell Your Data

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We have no access to the health records you store in the app.

5.2 Third-Party Services

Vaccination Tracker integrates the following Google services. These operate under Google's own privacy policies:

The children's health records, doctor details, and photos you enter are never shared with advertisers or any of these services.

5.3 Ad Personalization

• Free-tier users see advertisements served by Google AdMob.
• AdMob may use the advertising identifier and ad-interaction data for ad personalization.
• In the European Economic Area (EEA), UK, and Switzerland, we use Google's User Messaging

Platform (UMP) to request your consent before serving personalized ads.

• You can reset or opt out of personalized ads at any time via your device settings

(Settings > Google > Ads).

• Purchasing the one-time premium unlock removes all advertisements.

6. Health Information

6.1 Health-Related Data

Vaccination Tracker stores vaccine and immunization records that you enter for your children — for example dose dates, administered/skipped status, batch numbers, and notes.

6.2 Health Data Protection

• All such health-related data is stored locally on your device only.
• It is never uploaded to our servers, never shared with advertisers, and never used for

advertising or marketing.

• Because there is no account or cloud sync, this data does not leave your device through the

app.

6.3 Medical Disclaimer

Vaccination Tracker is an informational personal organizer, not a medical device, not a diagnostic tool, and not a source of medical advice. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and it does not detect illness. The built-in country schedule presets (such as WHO, US CDC, UK NHS, India IAP, and Pakistan EPI references) are provided for convenience and may not reflect the latest guidance or your child's individual needs. The app is not affiliated with or endorsed by WHO, CDC, NHS, IAP, EPI, or any health authority. Always consult a qualified pediatrician or healthcare provider for vaccination decisions and official immunization records.

7. Photos and Images

• A child profile photo is captured or selected only when you explicitly choose to add one.
• Photos are stored in the app's private internal storage on your device.
• Photos are never uploaded, shared with third parties, or used for advertising.
• The app does not declare the camera permission; photo capture is delegated to your

device's camera app, and gallery selection uses the Android photo picker.

• You can remove a photo at any time by editing or deleting the child profile.

8. Children's Privacy

Vaccination Tracker is designed to be used by parents and caregivers to track their children's immunizations. It is not directed at or intended for use by children. The app has no account system and collects no personal information from a child user directly. Any child-related information is entered voluntarily by the adult using the app and stays on that adult's device. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children as users.

9. Your Rights and Choices

9.1 Access and Control

• All your data is visible inside the app at any time.
• You can edit or delete any child, dose, doctor, or note you have entered.
• You can export a family schedule as a PDF (premium) for your own records.

9.2 Data Deletion

• Deleting a child removes that child and all associated doses and schedule records

(cascade delete).

• Uninstalling the app permanently removes all locally stored data, including photos.
• Because no data is stored on our servers, there is nothing for us to delete on your behalf.

9.3 Notifications

• Reminder notifications can be turned off at any time in the app's Notifications settings or

in your device's notification settings.

9.4 Ad Preferences

• The one-time premium unlock removes all advertisements.
• You can opt out of personalized ads via your device settings (Settings > Google > Ads).
• EEA/UK/Swiss users can change their ad-consent choice via the in-app consent option.

10. GDPR Compliance (European Users)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), UK, or Switzerland, you have the following rights regarding any personal data processed:

• Right to access — request a copy of your data
• Right to rectification — correct inaccurate data
• Right to erasure — request deletion of your data
• Right to restrict processing — limit how data is used
• Right to data portability — receive your data in a portable format
• Right to object — object to processing for marketing

Because Vaccination Tracker stores your data only on your device, you exercise most of these rights directly inside the app (view, edit, delete, export, uninstall). 11. Data Retention

We keep your information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described in this policy.

• All of your entries stay on your device. We operate no server for this data and never receive a copy of it, so there is nothing for us to retain. Your data is kept until you delete the individual entry, clear the app's storage, or uninstall the App. Uninstalling removes all of it from the device.
• Support emails — if you contact us, your message is retained for up to 24 months after your enquiry is resolved, then deleted.
• Purchase records — retained by Google Play for the period required by applicable tax and accounting law. We do not hold separate copies.

12. Data Deletion — How to Delete Your Data

You can delete your data at any time. Delete individual entries Open any entry in the App and tap Delete. It is removed immediately from the device. Uninstall Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data from your device. Request deletion by email If you cannot access the App, or you want written confirmation that your data has been erased, email us at muhammadilyas15@gmail.com with the subject line "Vaccination Tracker – Data Deletion Request". We will verify the request, delete all associated data, and confirm by email within 30 days. There is no charge for this.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by:

• Updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this policy
• Posting the updated policy at the public URL linked in the Play Store listing

Your continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
