Mobilia Apps ("we", "us", "our") operates the Shapes Learning mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, how long it is kept, and how you can delete it.
By using the App you agree to the practices described in this policy.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide
- The records you create in the App — the entries, dates, amounts, notes and other details you type in. This is the core content of the App.
- Support messages — if you use the in-app Contact form, we receive your message, your email address, and basic device information (model, Android version, app version).
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Crash and diagnostic data — Firebase Crashlytics collects stack traces, device model, OS version and app version when the App crashes.
- Advertising data — Google AdMob may collect your Advertising ID and coarse device/usage signals to serve ads.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information to provide the App's features, to store and display the records you create, to respond to your support requests, to show ads in the free version and remove them for premium users, and to diagnose crashes and improve stability.
We do not use your data for profiling or automated decision-making, and we do not sell it.
3. Data Storage and Security
All of your data is stored locally on your device in a private app database. The App has no account system and no server component for your records — your entries are never transmitted to us or to anyone else.
We use commercially reasonable safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share the records you create with third parties for marketing.
Data is processed only by these service providers, acting on our behalf:

We may disclose information if required by law or valid legal process.
5. Data Retention
We keep your information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described in this policy.
- All of your entries stay on your device. We operate no server for this data and never receive a copy of it, so there is nothing for us to retain. Your data is kept until you delete the individual entry, clear the app's storage, or uninstall the App. Uninstalling removes all of it from the device.
- Crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics) — automatically deleted after 90 days.
- Support emails — if you contact us, your message is retained for up to 24 months after your enquiry is resolved, then deleted.
6. Data Deletion — How to Delete Your Data
You can delete your data at any time. Delete individual entries Open any entry in the App and tap Delete. It is removed immediately from the device. Uninstall Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data from your device. Request deletion by email If you cannot access the App, or you want written confirmation that your data has been erased, email us at muhammadilyas15@gmail.com with the subject line "Shapes Learning – Data Deletion Request". We will verify the request, delete all associated data, and confirm by email within 30 days. There is no charge for this.
7. Your Rights
Depending on where you live (including under GDPR in the EEA/UK and CCPA in California), you have the right to access, correct, delete, and port your data, to object to or restrict processing, to withdraw consent, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

Our legal bases under GDPR are your consent, performance of a contract (providing the App's features), and our legitimate interests (security and crash diagnostics).
8. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have, we will delete it promptly. Contact muhammadilyas15@gmail.com.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date will change and material changes will be announced in the App or on this page.
