Privacy Policy for Pro Clean Schedule

Pro Clean Schedule ("the App") is a professional cleaning business management app developed by Mobilia Apps. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and protected when you use the App.
1. Information You Provide
The App allows you to store the following data locally on your device:
Client Information
- Client name, phone number, email address, and physical address
- Notes associated with clients
Property Information
- Property name, address, type (residential, commercial, Airbnb, etc.)
- Property status (active/inactive)
Property Access Information
- Access notes, which may include sensitive details such as key codes, lockbox combinations, gate codes, and parking instructions
Important: Property access information (key codes, lockbox combinations, etc.) is stored only on your device. We strongly recommend securing your device with a screen lock (PIN, fingerprint, or password) to protect this sensitive data. The developer has no access to this information.
Cleaning Job Data
- Scheduled dates and times
- Clock in/out timestamps and job duration
- Job type, status, and notes
- Earnings amounts
Checklist Data
- Checklist templates and individual task items
- Task completion status per job
Photos
- Before, after, and issue photos of properties, captured via camera or selected from gallery
- Photos are stored in the App's private internal storage on your device and are not uploaded to any server
Financial Data
- Job earnings and payment amounts
- Earnings reports and statistics (weekly, monthly, yearly, all-time)
2. Data Storage
All data is stored locally on your device using a local SQLite database (Room) and internal app storage. The App does not upload, sync, or transmit your business data, client information, property details, photos, or earnings to any external server or cloud service.
If you uninstall the App or clear its data, all locally stored information will be permanently deleted.
3. Your Responsibility as Data Controller
As a cleaning professional, you are the data controller for any personal information about your clients that you enter into the App (names, phone numbers, email addresses, physical addresses, and property access details). You are responsible for:
- Obtaining appropriate consent from your clients before storing their personal information
- Keeping client data accurate and up to date
- Deleting client data when it is no longer needed or upon client request
- Ensuring your device is secured to protect client information
- Complying with applicable data protection laws in your jurisdiction (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
The developer of the App acts solely as a data processor by providing the software tool. We do not access, collect, or process your clients' personal data.
4. WhatsApp and External Sharing
The App allows you to share job completion reports (including text summaries and photos) via WhatsApp or other messaging apps. This sharing is:
- User-initiated only — reports are never shared automatically
- Facilitated through Android's standard share intent and FileProvider
- Subject to the privacy policy of the receiving app (e.g., WhatsApp)
You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent before sharing reports that contain client or property information.
5. CSV Export
The App allows you to export job and earnings data as CSV files. Exported files are shared via Android's standard share intent. You are responsible for the security of exported data once it leaves the App.
6. Photos and Camera Access
The App requests access to your device camera and photo gallery to capture and attach before/after/issue photos to cleaning jobs. Photos are:
- Stored exclusively in the App's private internal storage
- Never uploaded to any external server
- Shared only when you explicitly initiate a share action (e.g., WhatsApp report)
- Permanently deleted when the associated job or property is deleted, or when the App is uninstalled
7. Third-Party Services
The App uses the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:
Google AdMob (Advertisements)
- Serves banner, interstitial, and rewarded advertisements
- May collect device identifiers, IP address, and ad interaction data

Google User Messaging Platform (UMP)
- Manages consent for personalized advertising in compliance with GDPR and other regulations
- You can adjust your ad preferences through the consent dialog presented by the App
Firebase Crashlytics
- Collects crash reports and diagnostic data to improve App stability
- Data collected: device model, OS version, crash stack traces, and app state at time of crash

Firebase Analytics
- Collects anonymized usage data (e.g., screen views, feature usage, session duration)
- Used solely to understand how the App is used and improve the user experience

Google Play Billing
- Processes in-app purchases and subscriptions (monthly, yearly, lifetime)
- Payment processing is handled entirely by Google Play; the developer does not collect or store payment information

8. Permissions
The App requests the following Android permissions:

- Background location tracking
9. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your data:
- All business data is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to external servers
- Photos are stored in the App's private internal storage, inaccessible to other apps
- No client personal data, property access codes, or financial information is sent to the developer or any third party
- We recommend enabling device-level security (screen lock, encryption) to further protect sensitive data
10. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided information through the App, please contact us at muhammadilyas15@gmail.com.
11. Your Rights (GDPR and Other Regulations)
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with data protection laws, you have the following rights:
- Access: All your data is stored locally on your device and is accessible to you at any time within the App
- Export: You can export your job and earnings data via the CSV export feature in Reports
- Deletion: You can delete any client, property, job, template, or photo within the App. Uninstalling the App permanently deletes all data
- Rectification: You can edit any record at any time within the App
- Data Portability: CSV export provides your data in a standard, machine-readable format
- Objection to Processing: You can manage ad personalization preferences through the consent dialog. You can opt out of analytics by disabling usage data sharing in your device settings
For data collected by third-party services (AdMob, Firebase), please refer to their respective privacy policies linked in Section 7.
12. Data Retention
We keep your information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described in this policy.
- All of your entries stay on your device. We operate no server for this data and never receive a copy of it, so there is nothing for us to retain. Your data is kept until you delete the individual entry, clear the app's storage, or uninstall the App. Uninstalling removes all of it from the device.
- Crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics) — automatically deleted after 90 days.
- Analytics data (Firebase Analytics) — retained in aggregated, non-identifying form for a maximum of 14 months, then automatically deleted.
- Support emails — if you contact us, your message is retained for up to 24 months after your enquiry is resolved, then deleted.
- Purchase records — retained by Google Play for the period required by applicable tax and accounting law. We do not hold separate copies.
13. Data Deletion — How to Delete Your Data
You can delete your data at any time. Delete individual entries Open any entry in the App and tap Delete. It is removed immediately from the device. Uninstall Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data from your device. Request deletion by email If you cannot access the App, or you want written confirmation that your data has been erased, email us at muhammadilyas15@gmail.com with the subject line "Pro Clean Schedule – Data Deletion Request". We will verify the request, delete all associated data, and confirm by email within 30 days. There is no charge for this.
14. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted within the App and on our website. The "Effective Date" at the top of this policy indicates when it was last revised. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
