Kidney eGFR Tracker is a personal, offline kidney-health log for people living with chronic kidney disease (CKD) and those who care for them. The app lets you record lab results, computes an estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) from the values you enter using the published CKD-EPI 2021 creatinine equation, and displays your result alongside published KDIGO reference ranges. It also helps you log dialysis sessions, medications, blood pressure, weight, fluid intake, renal-diet/potassium intake, and transplant-workup notes, and lets you export a report for your nephrologist.
