Mobilia Apps ("we", "us") built GigLog as an ad-supported app with an optional one-time premium upgrade. This policy explains what information the app handles.

1. Summary

GigLog is an offline, local-only earnings tracker for gig and delivery drivers. The shifts, earnings, expenses, platforms, vehicles, goals and receipt photos you enter are stored only on your device. We do not have a server, we do not have accounts, and we never receive, upload, sell, or share your earnings or expense records.

2. Information stored on your device (not collected by us)

• Work shifts (platform, hours, gross, tips, commission, cash/digital split, distance).
• Expenses and optional receipt photos.
• Platforms, vehicles, earnings goals, and app settings (theme, currency, language).

This data lives in a private database on your device. It is included only in a JSON backup you choose to create and export via the Android share sheet, to a location you select. We do not receive that backup.

3. Information processed by third-party services

To keep the app free and stable, GigLog uses these Google/third-party SDKs, which may process limited data as described in their own policies:

• Google AdMob (ads) — may use an Advertising ID and approximate (IP-based) location to serve ads.

Ad personalization is governed by a consent prompt (Google UMP) shown on first launch where required.

• Google Analytics for Firebase — anonymous app-usage and event data.
• Firebase Crashlytics — crash reports and diagnostics to help us fix bugs.
• Google Play Billing — processes your one-time premium purchase (we never see your card details).
• Google Play In-App Updates — checks for newer app versions.

4. Permissions

• Internet / network state — for ads, consent, analytics/crash reporting, and update checks.
• Vibrate — haptic feedback.
• Billing — the premium purchase.

GigLog does not request location, camera, contacts, notification, or storage permissions. Receipt photos are captured through the system camera/photo picker and stored privately in the app's own folder.

5. Children

GigLog is intended for working adults and is not directed at children under 13.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We keep your information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described in this policy.

• All of your entries stay on your device. We operate no server for this data and never receive a copy of it, so there is nothing for us to retain. Your data is kept until you delete the individual entry, clear the app's storage, or uninstall the App. Uninstalling removes all of it from the device.
• Crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics) — automatically deleted after 90 days.
• Analytics data (Firebase Analytics) — retained in aggregated, non-identifying form for a maximum of 14 months, then automatically deleted.
• Support emails — if you contact us, your message is retained for up to 24 months after your enquiry is resolved, then deleted.
• Purchase records — retained by Google Play for the period required by applicable tax and accounting law. We do not hold separate copies.

How to delete your data

You can delete your data at any time. Delete individual entries Open any entry in the App and tap Delete. It is removed immediately from the device. Uninstall Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data from your device. Request deletion by email If you cannot access the App, or you want written confirmation that your data has been erased, email us at muhammadilyas15@gmail.com with the subject line "GigLog – Data Deletion Request". We will verify the request, delete all associated data, and confirm by email within 30 days. There is no charge for this.

7. Not financial advice

GigLog is a personal record-keeping tool. It does not provide tax, legal, or financial advice, and is not affiliated with any gig or delivery platform. Consult a qualified professional for tax or filing requirements in your country.

8. Changes

We may update this policy; changes are posted at the policy home URL above with a new effective date.
