Mobilia Apps ("we", "us") built Bakery Daily Log as a free app with an optional one-time Premium purchase. This policy explains what information the app accesses, how it is used, and the choices you have. By using the app you agree to this policy.

Summary

• Your bakery data — recipes, ingredients, production, sales, and waste — is stored

only on your device. We do not have a server that stores it, and we cannot see it.

• Version 1 has no account, no login, and no cloud sync or cloud backup. Cloud sync

is planned for a future update and this policy will be updated before it ships.

• We use standard third-party services for ads, purchases, and crash/analytics reporting.

These may collect limited technical and advertising data as described below.

Information the App Accesses

1. Data you enter (stored locally only)

The app stores the information you enter — ingredients, recipes, finished products, production runs, sales, waste logs, customer/credit (Khata) entries, and app settings — in a local database (Room) on your device. This data:

• Stays on your device.
• Is not transmitted to us or any third party.
• Is deleted when you delete the app data or uninstall the app.
• Can be exported by you (CSV / PDF) and shared only where and when you choose.

2. Advertising data

The app displays ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and process:

• Advertising ID (a resettable device identifier).
• Approximate, coarse location derived from IP address.
• Device information and ad-interaction events used to serve and measure ads.

Where required (e.g., EEA/UK), we show a consent request via Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) before personalized ads are served.

3. Purchase data

Premium is a one-time in-app purchase processed by Google Play Billing. Google Play handles the transaction; we do not receive or store your payment details. The app stores only a local flag indicating whether Premium is unlocked.

4. Crash and analytics data

We use Firebase Crashlytics and Firebase Analytics to keep the app stable and understand aggregate usage. These may collect:

• Crash logs, stack traces, and device state at the time of a crash.
• Device model, OS version, app version, and general app-interaction events.

This data is aggregated and is not used to personally identify you.

Permissions the App Requests

The app does not request notification, camera, location, contacts, storage, or microphone permissions.

The app relies on the following services, each governed by its own privacy policy:

Data Sharing and Selling

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share the bakery data you enter with anyone — it never leaves your device except through exports you initiate. The technical data described above is processed by the third-party services listed above for the stated purposes only.

Data Retention and Deletion

We keep your information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described in this policy.

• Data stored on your device — retained until you delete the individual entry, clear the app's storage, or uninstall the App. Uninstalling removes all locally stored data from the device.
• Cloud backup data (only if you signed in) — retained for as long as you keep it, so it is available when you reinstall or switch devices. It is erased as soon as you delete it in the App or ask us to delete it (see the Data Deletion section). We do not keep backup copies of deleted cloud data for longer than 30 days, after which deletion is permanent and irreversible.
• Crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics) — automatically deleted after 90 days.
• Support emails — if you contact us, your message is retained for up to 24 months after your enquiry is resolved, then deleted.
• Purchase records — retained by Google Play for the period required by applicable tax and accounting law. We do not hold separate copies.

How to delete your data

You can delete your data at any time. Delete individual entries Open any entry in the App and tap Delete. It is removed immediately, from both the device and the cloud. Uninstall Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data from your device. Request deletion by email If you cannot access the App, or you want written confirmation that your data has been erased, email us at muhammadilyas15@gmail.com with the subject line "Bakery Daily Log – Data Deletion Request", including the account email address you used to sign in. We will verify the request, delete all associated data, and confirm by email within 30 days. There is no charge for this.

Children's Privacy

The app is intended for general/business audiences and is not directed at children under

Your Choices

• Ads consent: Manage or withdraw consent via the in-app consent option (where shown).
• Advertising ID: Reset or limit ad personalization in your device settings.
• Remove ads: Purchase Premium (one-time) to remove advertising.

Security

Your data stays on your device and is protected by your device's own security. We take reasonable measures for the limited technical data processed by our third-party services.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy (for example, when cloud sync is added in a future version). Changes will be posted at the hosted policy URL above with a new effective date.
